From our century-old organic orchard, this brandy is best enjoyed chilled, at 6–8°C. This exceptional cuvée rests for several years in demijohns, which gives it more roundness and smoothness. This brandy is produced only in the best years, when fruit quality is exceptional. A typical quince nose, a rich and complex taste, a long finish and perfect balance. Alcohol content 42% ABV.
