Overripe wine, without malolactic fermentation, aged 10 months in Swiss oak barrels. Deep amber robe, buttercup yellow. Intense nose of white flowers, lily, honey and vanilla. Floral entry on the palate then crescendo evolution towards sweetness and vanilla, but stopped by a beautiful acidity on the finish giving it a fine balance for a wine with residual sugar. The entire art of this type of wine is to find the balance between sugar and acid.
