The Caveau is located in the upper courtyard of the Château, next to the wine press and opposite the former caveau. It is the former Borsari wine ageing cellar, which was converted into a tasting cellar in 2005. Since 2020, this superb room has been transformed into a new point of sale.

The entrance is through two large red wooden doors opening onto the courtyard, followed inside by two large glass doors. The ceiling, with exposed beams, dates from the 18th century. It is in this room—our new sales area—that we welcome our customers and tasters. The caveau is open every Saturday morning from 10:00 to 12:00 all year round, for tastings and purchases. During the week, we organise tastings for groups of 10 to 25 people.
